Car rental
If you want to rent a car we recommend Klass Wagen rental car company. We used them a few times in the past without any problems and the price was affordable.
Flights
There are only two companies who fly direct Lisbon - Budapest: Ryanair and Wizzair. Wizzair is usually cheaper but flights usually arrive to Budapest after midnight whereas the Ryanair flights usually arrive late afternoon/early evening.
